Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of paramountsanitary.shop and any order placed on it. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Paramount Sanitary Stores, an online retailer based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

2. Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the website for fraudulent activity, unauthorised automated access or interference with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
3. Products, specifications and fitment
We describe each fitting as accurately as we can, including the finish, the dimensions and the parts supplied. Where a listing states that a valve body is not included, that is a statement of what is in the box.
Fitment remains the customer’s responsibility. Thread standards, centre distances and concealed pipework vary between buildings, and we cannot inspect your bathroom. We can help you compare your measurements with the specifications shown on the relevant product page, but nothing on this site constitutes a plumbing survey or professional installation advice. Installation should be carried out by a competent plumber; incorrect installation can cause leaks or damage and should be avoided.
Finishes photograph differently under different lighting. If we identify an error in a listed price or specification before dispatch, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than supply something other than what was described.
4. Orders, pricing and tax
The business is not registered for GST. Based on its current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable at this time; GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed, and an order invoice is included with the parcel.
5. Payment
We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards or international payment methods, and we do not store payment instruments. Details are in our Payment Policy.
6. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Typical total delivery time is 3-6 business days for metro cities and 5-10 business days elsewhere, including handling of 1-2 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery on the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy, and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Those policies form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, original layout elements, original photography and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Paramount Sanitary Stores and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Where a product image originates with a supplier, it is used to depict the item offered for sale and remains the property of its owner.
8. Consumer rights, warranty and liability
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide any additional manufacturer or extended warranty beyond the return, replacement and refund rights stated in our policies. Any warranty explicitly stated on a product page applies according to the terms shown for that product.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising directly from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, and we are not responsible for installation costs or for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Responsibility and events outside our control
You are responsible for losses caused by fraudulent use of the website or by using products contrary to the applicable product or manufacturer instructions, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, strikes, or failures of telecommunication or banking infrastructure.
10. Law, jurisdiction and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Consumer rights and remedies available under applicable Indian law are not excluded by these terms. Subject to any consumer jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable Indian law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
