Shipping Policy
Everything on this site ships from Visakhapatnam to addresses within India. The charges and delivery estimates below are the ones our checkout uses.
1. Shipping charges
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹59 applies below that. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment, so no additional shipping charge is added after the order is placed. Cash on Delivery has the same shipping charge as a prepaid order; there is no separate COD handling fee.

2. Where we ship
India only. We do not ship internationally. We do not currently deliver to PO boxes because our courier partners require a deliverable street address. If a PIN code turns out not to be serviceable, we write to you at support@paramountsanitary.shop and cancel the order with a full refund rather than leave it open.

Orders are generally packed and handed to the courier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday begin handling on the next working day.
These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may be longer during severe weather, transport disruptions, regional strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Heavy and bulky fittings
Shower systems, tub-and-shower sets and multi-piece hardware sets travel as heavier parcels and can take slightly longer than a small item such as a P-trap or a set of adapters. If a particular PIN code cannot be served for a heavy or bulky item, we will contact you before dispatch.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to the address on the order once the parcel is handed to the courier. Tracking can take a few hours to begin showing movement. If there is no movement after two working days, send your order number to support@paramountsanitary.shop and we will follow it up.
6. Delivery attempts and address changes
Our courier partners normally make multiple delivery attempts. If nobody is available after the final delivery attempt, the parcel returns to us; we will contact you and either re-ship it (shipping charged again) or refund it. An address can only be corrected before dispatch — once the parcel is with the courier we cannot redirect it.
7. If a parcel arrives damaged
If the parcel or outer packaging appears damaged, please record the unboxing from before the package is opened and contact us within 48 hours. The full procedure is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
