Our mission & approach
Our aim is narrow and practical: make it easier to buy a bathroom fitting online without discovering important compatibility or included-parts information only after the plumber has arrived.
For each product we state the specifications and supplied components as clearly as we can. Where an item does not include a valve body, for example, we say so in the product title rather than leaving it to be inferred.
Where this comes from
Bathroom fittings are difficult to judge from photographs alone. A shower set may include the visible trim but not the concealed valve body. A tap may use a different thread size from the one already installed. Neither difference is visible in a product photo, and both are discovered at the worst possible moment — with the wall open and a plumber waiting.
That is why specifications and supplied components sit at the top of our product pages rather than at the bottom.

We favour practical materials and finishes — stainless steel, brushed finishes and matte finishes — depending on the product. Care instructions are given on the product page, including cleaning products that can damage a coated finish.
